Nepalese Ultra Poor Marginalized and Biodiversity Organization Nepal (NELUMBO, NEPAL) is a non-government organization that has been working in the health, education, and environmental sectors in Gandaki Province of Nepal.

NELUMBO, NEPAL organizes a well-managed and well-equipped facility in the community and government schools, with a wide range of Oral Health and Dental Care treatments, and awareness for communities and students. We are well-equipped with a Mobile Dental Clinic in the van. NELUMBO, NEPAL is looking for a qualified and well-motivated Nepali citizen for the following post:

Post Title: Clinical Support

Required Number: 1

Purpose of the Job: The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of quality oral health care services to marginalized communities by maintaining cleanliness and safety in the dental van and clinic, assisting with patient management, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. They should be able to work in both community-based and office settings and provide support to the BDS, Program Coordinator, Dental Hygienist and other relevant staff as needed. The post also requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining professional standards of service delivery. They will contribute in creating a welcoming and efficient environment that promotes accessible and effective oral health care for all patients.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

• SEE or +2 passed in any subject
• At least 1 year of experience in related field (Preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Oral Health and Dental Care (Preferred).
• Highly motivated to work in community-based Oral Health and Dental Care services.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new environment.
• Good written and spoken Nepali and English.
