Education Materials Distribution at Shree Nawa Durga Basic School Madi RM-04 on Magh 04, 2082 | January 18, 2026
Education is one of the priority program areas of NELUMBO, NEPAL. Under this program, a range of activities are carried out, including the provision of scholarships to underprivileged students, teacher support in government schools, school infrastructure support, distribution of educational materials, and capacity-building training. As part of its ongoing commitment of quality education for all, NELUMBO, NEPAL conducted an educational materials distribution program on Magh 04, 2082 (January 18, 2026). The program was organized at Shree Nawa Durga Basic School, located in Madi Rural Municipality–04, to strengthen the school’s learning resources and support students’ holistic development. The activity was implemented in coordination with the school administration to ensure the materials addressed the students’ actual needs.
The educational support provided during the program included a variety of stationery items such as notebooks, coloring books, pencils, pens, and crayons, which are essential for daily classroom activities. In addition, sports materials including hula hoops, frisbees (flying discs), and building blocks were distributed to encourage physical activity among students. The main objective of this program was to contribute significantly to the overall development of the children by supporting academic learning alongside physical, mental, and social growth, the program aims to create a more engaging and inclusive educational environment. Through such initiatives, NELUMBO, NEPAL continues to demonstrate its commitment to empowering children and strengthening educational institutions in underserved communities.
