On Baisakh 31^st, 2083, NELUMBO, NEPAL extended its support to the Nepal Sports Reporter Association, Gandaki by sponsoring one of the award prizes worth NRs. 50,000 (Fifty thousand rupees only). The prize was presented to a visually challenged individual in recognition of their remarkable contribution to society. Through this sponsorship, NELUMBO, NEPAL demonstrated its commitment to promoting inclusion and honoring individuals who have made significant contributions despite physical challenges. In addition to the sponsorship, NELUMBO, NEPAL organized a Medical Awareness Camp during the award ceremony. The booth provided free ear and dental counseling and screening services to participants with the aim of increasing awareness about ear and oral health and encouraging early detection of common health issues. During the program, participants received general ear and dental examinations, which were conducted by qualified health professionals. Necessary medicines were distributed to individuals requiring immediate treatment, while personalized counseling was provided on maintaining proper ear and oral hygiene, preventing common diseases, and seeking timely medical care when necessary.

The combined initiative of recognizing social contribution and promoting preventive healthcare reflect NELUMBO, NEPAL’s holistic approach to community development. By integrating health services into a public approach to community development. By integrating health services into a public event, the organization successfully reached a diverse group of participants and reinforced the importance of accessible healthcare and public awareness.
