In the field of education, our programs have taken meaningful steps toward bridging the gap in educational opportunities. We believe that education is a fundamental right, and no child should be deprived of quality schooling as it equips people with the tools to succeed academically, professionally, and socially. We have strived to empower students with knowledge, skills, and the confidence to pursue their dreams and aspirations. NELUMBO, NEPAL’s educational initiatives have focused on creating inclusive learning environments by providing scholarships, supporting educational as well as sports materials, and promoting vocational training programs, etc.

NELUMBO, NEPAL has been providing scholarships to poor and marginalized students for the past 2 years. The underprivileged students who show academic excellence but come from low-income families and are therefore unable to pay for their education are supported through this program. In the fiscal year 2080/81, 9 students were selected from the various applicants who applied for scholarships. The announcement for the scholarship was published in Adarsha Samaj National Daily and the organization’s various social media accounts from Asar 24 till Shrawan 7, 2080 ( July 9-23, 2023). The candidates were shortlisted based on the fulfillment of the criteria of the organization. These applicants were finalized after the home visits and analysis of socio-economic assessment. All the students have recently passed their Secondary Education Examination (SEE) and are now pursuing their +2 education in various fields of education. NELUMBO, NEPAL will bear the expenses of their admission, annual fee, examination fee, stationeries, and college dresses. The list of students who qualified for scholarship programs is listed below:

Scholarships were distributed to the students in the presence of their parents on Shrawan 31, 2080 (August 16, 2023) by organizing a small program in the NELUMBO, NEPAL’s office premises.
